No he didn't crash but the radio did cause two dead stick landings on a 43%. But I watched how easy it was to touch the screen while flying and reprogram the radio in the process

The one I know of was one of the F3A guys (Team Canada 2013) he went home with a plane box and only a baggie of parts in it.
