Damn, this is going to line up great. The Aeroworks pipe mounts will work. Provided I can find some of the short lengths of the larger silicone segments. Time to dig, Dungeon bound!

Bradley, oh I want to start on SukTwo. It is on our Bucket list. If the weather is crap this week-end I might start. But this is one of the few thigs I wanted to get on the garage bench. I only got ride of Gus' 106cc Extra last week-end.

Yes, I really want some photo's of us together with SukTwo this summer.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Just catching up Dale. The new GP has a port timing like the 3W. Both the V1 and the 3W110cs behaved similar where headerlength didn't need to go longer with heavier load (unlike the DA120 that was very sensitive to load and headerlength). If you go longer all you will do with the GP is knock it off the pipe and you will generate heat and have can performance and midrange will suffer just like if you are too short of a header

There's a saying - if it ain't broke, don't fix it, LOL!!!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Huum! I don't have my spreadsheet with - sitting at work safe on my computer, LOL!

I'll try to find it... It's on FG and here on RCC. 13.5" seems to ring a bell, but need to confirm.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Trevor the 13.5" I remember as the RE2's.
I was struggling with my memory as well.
I made them a little long so I could trim then when we(you) found the spread sheet.
I thought the ES55 were 12.5, or even 12.25.
Thank-you in advance.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Young man, you are correct.
My old memory is reversed. 13.5 is optimum. I will slid the coupling a little longer.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

You'll love the 29x10!! It's a big load (300rpm drop over the 29x9) but the GP has some serious torque and hauls my Suhkoi around like a ragdoll. At 6640rpm on this prop, I think it's a better match than the 7000's on the 29x9.

I'll give a 30x10 a try soon. Pretty sure it'll handle it without a problem, however I don't want to add much weight to the nose with a heavier prop or it'll throw off the CG. May have to stick with the 29x10 and use throttle management so I don't get in trouble for ripping
