Thank-you Trevor.
I'm more looking forward to the pipes, as a means of quiet(!).
Getting real tired of the in cowls. I've been flying the 3W170 KS95 cans (Quiet). And, the DA120/RE2's, 26 X 12 X 3 Mej, real quiet!

If I don't get this quiet, I would not fly it much this summer. The Aeroworks 100cc Extra 300 fly's so nice.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

And for the ZDZ fans (me being one of them), Andy had his ZDZ90 out today with the large SmoothPipe on it. Just over 300rpm increase from the RE3 and very, very smooth midrange

Also, I'd give the ZDZ90 the nod in the smoothness category over the 120cc twins!! - Impressive to say the least!!

A Falcon 28x9.5 was spinning a very impressive 6800rpm static :yikes!! That's starting to get up near the 120cc class

Those smooth pipes are addictive.... once you try them, you'll never go back!!!

the two I have ordered for my ZDZ180 were just awesome...

I wish the large smooth pipes had been out when I had my 50% Ultimate and zdz 180.

Wish I could fit them in my Sukhoi...however the Big Slick can accommodate them.

They seem well worth the $$$$.
