Yeah! Today was a complete blast! Lots of great flying, trying, and laughter!

As my gaming sons say, "Level-Up!"

I still cant get over Andy's setup tho.....Wow, and the aggressive snakey manoeuvre he is doing is AWESOME!!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Ya - that ZDZ-90 on the Large Smooth Pipe is crazy. That'll give most 120cc twins a run for their money

But we shouldn't say that - Bansheeboy doesn't think we should put them in the same discussion - supposedly that's impossible that a 90cc could match some 120's

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Early morning dig from Trevor. I am not surprised that the ZDZ90 can run with some of the 120cc. It sure sounds like a good combo.

Not surprised??!! I'm shocked!! The 90 isn't even in the same class as the 100cc's let alone the 120 class, LOL. If I do the math the 90 is 3/4 of the cc's!! That's absolutely insane!!! And smoother running that all the 120's except the EME120.

Same with the ZDZ160, 180, MVVS190 - not even in the same class as the DA200 or the 220 quads, yet watchout!

Guess it was just luck that it happened like that Kudos to these motors that got lucky!! Impressive!!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Too bad MVVS and ZDZ couldn't get their together and offer some real support. If anything goes wrong it is a nightmare getting parts let alone trying to get a response from them.

Not luck. Design. You being an engineer should value that. A fine engine with top quality engineers compared to other engines with very little engineering, if any. Anyone can make a copy and change cylinder bore or stroke to make an increase in cc, but not make an increase in power. Some engineers know how to do it right with less cylinders.
