I know how close you are to getting the full-time greens keeper job at the field. Hold the pace, and don't forget to breath my friend.
As you know my flying will drop off in my future. Arlene has supported a lot more flying than I expected this past summer.
I won't even say how much fuel I burnt this season. By the end of the week-end I will have burned 7, Litre jugs of oil!

We will fly together soon my friend. (add Jack, and Jeff!)

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Dumb question. Is an IMAC event the same as a scale event? I watched a scaled event in the past and it was like watching paint dry. If not the same than count me in.

Hosted another contest the following year. Where I'm going is there is a strong club/group spirit around here. IMAC Basic would be quite easy, with all the interest in gas here, and east. Oh yeah, and Stettler. (joke for Randy).

Hear that Pop-Top (Brodie), you could be an IMAC star.

There is your laugh this afternoon Jeff.

I recommend a potato head for a pilot.

I guess, I should learn how to read an IMAC map. I have always just flew all over the place and hoped for a landing that stopped on the short grass. This might be a challenge for a one eyed guy who should have been diagnosed ADD when he was a kid. Lmao.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

No dumb questions! IMAC (also called scale aerobatics) is precision aerobatics with scale models of the full scale aerobatic planes: Extras, Edge, Pitts etc. Lots of info on the mini-iac website. It is addictive like golf: you are always looking for that perfect round! IMAC also includes a freestyle event for those who want to fly 4 minutes of 3D set to music. I saw some amazing Freestyle down in Munxie at the Worlds! No paint drying there!! Anybody who might be interested should PM me and I can provide a lot more info.

We will all chat on the week-end.
Looks like enough to play.
Darren, call me when you get back home. We will most likely be here until Tuesday/Wed.
