I was hoping this was going to be a great year. Turned out to be one of my worst. Haven't flown since the first week of Aug. Now next week I go back in for surgery so I am done for the year.

Well.. I just got started pulling the MVVS190 off the Carden. First time since day 1 that I pulled the caps off the plugs. Very visible arc'ing on the left rear cylinder cap. I'll investigate - likely a bad boot.

What's funny is I had a faint rattle at certain rpms with the higher load props and I was thinking it was the CF baffles rattling, but could never track it down... Bet any money it was the arc'ing.

So all along this has been a 132.5cc boxer triple, LOL!!!
