Dale.. Word of warning - don't hover over Lorne's pond and then power out with the 190 quad.... You'll flood the area all around it

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I am excited to have that quad here. I can't afford one so it will be neat to have one at our field just to sit back and listen to.

Hopefully I won't be banned from flying in Alberta by next spring!!!

LOL! It's all good. A risky move but I'm trying to negotiate out of his one ... I've asked if I do a really good job of the storage room if I can get rewarded, LOL

I haven't got a "No " yet so this may turn out a win-win for all, LOL

Well I didn't reveal the 50 flights on my 3W-157.
You would think if he thought so much of them he would fly it, Hmm.

(is it dead?)

No the ultimate is fine. It made one flight this season..... next time out its coming out with me. We need a little one on one...... lol[/QUOTE]

Glad to hear that Bradley. I was thinking for flying my Ultimate on the way out to the Fish Farm today. As it was with me. I havn't flown it in a month. Think it will go to the Post Harvest Inter-Provincial Fun-Fly in Lougheed. The crowd loves it down there.

I think that was about the funniest thing I heard all summer. A modeller claiming he had been banned from flying in Alberta. Somehow I don't think I'm alone in my disbelief.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Brodie, is it going good?
Hope we get to fly together yet this fall. Maybe a bunch of us can go to Lougheed in a couple of weeks.
As for an airframe for the 190. Yes, I have some options. But still exploring yet a few more. This could be a long (or short) winter. In prep for 2015.
