Spinner is out of round, prop has been chewed up by the spinner and the sheared bolts mangled the hub.

Not sure if I forgot to tighten the bolts or perhaps I over tightened them ?

I sent Lorne a note and offered to buy a hub. Lorne called Fergie and Fergie is sending me a new hub direct with no charge

A huge to Lorne and Fergie. Customer service at it's finest
Trev-o ,

was a close call but when your good your good! just like the service you get when you own a GP engine! i too got a free hub replacement top notch service from the pro-R/C

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Had a good day today. flew the 126 slick. Got It tuned great. spinning the 32x11W at about 6450 cold. The throttle response today was great. Nice and easy to hover on the large smooth pipes.
On Planebender cans I was at 5880 max rpm.

Here is a pic of it hovering today

Well boy's through extensive testing. I can tell you exactly where any exhaust, header, pipe combination will fail. At the field.
Man is this Comp ARF ever flying nice. I can really get into it. As for any road show. I would fly it at about any field I'm familiar with now.

Great observation Dale!

I have one for you too; You have to have wings to fly! It just was the same taxiing the 35% edge around the dirt track with the RC car guys, when i forgot them today! LOL

Yup, 176 on large smooth pipes. nice combo. Only problem is it rips the prop at less than 1/2 throttle. I will try a 30x13W next

The slick is probably knocking on the door of 45 lbs with the pipes

I take the wheel pants off when at home. I put them back on when I fly it away
I also need to modify it like this PAU suggestion
