Daryll, there are some very serious C/L engines. For what we do, simple sport engines in the .25-40 CID work good. To help accelerate Jeff's learning curve. We are thinking of a good .46!

When I boondocked at the former CFB Penhold in July I ended up next to their CL loop. I biked over and enjoyed them doing their thing, and was amazed at how quiet one 40 size cl plane could be. Truly a pleasing sound....which for a 2 stroke is commendable.

I understand that they are very silent under water to the above water ears, but annoying to the fishes!!
