Best of all, when it happened all of us shrugged our shoulders and said... "Oh well... It's a GP.. Lorne and Fergie will take care of it"
Sweet Trevor....I don't believe there's anyone else as quick as Lorne!!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Wow! finally got my first look at an aeroplus 111.5" edge. This thing is huge. Rudder and elevators are the size of many 40%. I am too busy to take another apart but I will see if I can convince tim to post some pictures.
My guess is I will be at 27.5 - 29 lbs with mks servos in the wings and rudder.
You got to remember this thing is trying to encroach on a 40% plane with 2331 sq inches of wing LOL

Hope Gabriel Muglia will post a build thread on this plane. He is the youngest member of the Pro-RC team at 13. He is an awesome pilot and picked a 111.5" as his next 3D bird.
Now I just have to convince him to teach me how to fly like he does

No, yesterday started at 5:30 am. had to drain tanks and move and crowd fish for a large fish sale. 12000 fish. Also had to fix the two outdoor boilers. Both had more problems that we thought. Then had 2 lucky people pick up their new planes. Got done at 9:30 last night.
