Early day. Just got home.
Time for some feet-up.

Thought for the day:

If it is in the air. Who cares what it weighs. Enjoy it.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Hey guys,
what does everyone do for 'wintering' of their engines?

I hadn't flown the MVVS since HuckFest, Sep 12 or so, until 10 days ago. and the thing fired up, almost better than it normally does, and ran mint.

I haven't done anything to any engine. what would people normally do if you were to pickle them for a few months?

How sensitive really, are the diaphragm's, or rubber and gaskets in the carbs?

Looking for info....thoughts...

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Just for sitting around Ron. I really enjoy flying it. Seems it gets most of it's flying at the end of a fun-fly. Sunday eve, or Monday.
