Correct.
My understanding was that MVVS rounded up when these jug/pistons were on the 50cc. Then they rounded down when they introduced the magnesium case as a 45cc hot-rod.
I'm thinking this will like to rev. As Trevor found out, and stated. I have lots of props to try once flying. The 28.5 X 12 X 3 on my ZDZ-160 is scheduled to come off early this spring. As I have a few new props to try on that airframe. See if I can make some noise!

Hey Cow-Logger.
Are you thinking of coming to the Show-N-Shine?

"BrumFest" as Dan-O calls it (he-he)

Darrick has sent notice he plans on attending. Phil is always an easy sell.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Frig.. should have never asked if I could come.

Dale.. I ran the 28.5x12 3B on the 190 and it sounded like a Ferrari! In the air, Telemetry got 8100 rpm, LOL. Made for the best 3D combo on my 42lb Carden.. never had a gasser hover as effortlessly as that combo.

It was bigtime underprop'd but a surprisingly sweet combo

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Trevor, last resort. Ha-ha. I did get a new 29 X 12 X 3 Mejzhil for it. But grabbing all the props around. I will fly a lot of different props. They will all work, until I find the best for Super-Suk.
Meanwhile a few 28 X 12 X 3 carbons added to the collection for SukTwo, ZDZ-160. Noisy is not going to happen on that one. Just lov'n it.

Yes, I watched the Time Piece video's last eve. The ones from Sept 8th(ish) were sure snappy with that 28.5 prop.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Dale.. here's a video of the 190 with a Falcon 32x12 which was a sweet combo. In all those up lines I did not open it up. Crazy power and hauled 42lb around like a foamy and didn't break a sweat!!
