Yes

See I had to add useless gibber-gabber to answer a simple yes/no question

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Just got home with the little trailer. Full of toys to play with today.
Might start by removing the ZDZ-180. With the quad running in the drive behind me.
Wish you were here Jack.
Trevor doesn't like all my old photo's. Well to heck with Trevor, I will post a few photo's to help get you through your Friday.

Brent. Good advice on the Radian for Norm. Hope he goes with a regular Radian.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

There is another dude over there wanting a glider. I added a little context to the mix! Options you didn't tell me about when I was flight training. While how one manages the gimbals is a personal thing, most newbies aren't aware that there are at least 2 ways, thumb and pinch.

With the TX he has (DX5) I'd be pinching. No expo, and IMO pinching is easier to make fine adjustments on the sticks.

The new site isn't going to be for me. Pokes about IMAC Sk, and blame for things I didn't do, they don't need my input.

Brent, keep up the good advice. Experience, and sharing that same quality (good/bad) benefits many.

O.K. My day started by driving out in the dark to the flying field. Boost the Bus, let it run a bit, charge the batteries.
Drug the little trailer home. So here is what I start with today to play with.
I hear Arlene is finally up. Go check how she slept.
A look into each trailer. First thing I grab is that Yakhoi. Get the cowl off. Now I need to fab a new tool 17" long 3mm Ball driver.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Why do you need a tool that long?

The Yakhoi! LOL!

Forget the Yakhoi man... get that beautiful Compy out and get the quad installed

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Dale... do you not strap your planes down in the trailers??

I'm crazy paranoid about strapping them down. But maybe it's not required.
