I have a real good flying Aeroworks 96" Extra 260, ZDZ-80 RV-J. I did 2 flights Sunday, snuck in 2 more flights today.
What a sweetheart.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Would need Brodie's floater tires to even think about flyin' down here. But I did manage to give a 36% S-Bach a new Jeti pacemaker. Even set up 5 Flight Modes, high idle, fail-safes, kill switch.....I think!

It is a bit different, still have those "luv/hate" moments. Guess it's like anything, takes some getting used to.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

That's what I said about my graupner once I set up a couple planes it felt better. At first it was a little frustrating and took some trial and error . I was just so used to speky and jr.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Anyone watch Airshow last night. I thought it wasn't too bad, mainly because I love airplanes. Perhaps that made it a bit more tolerable than some of the other series on TV.

Still havnt watched it. The one commercial made it look like drama. It is serious stuff but they play it up in the trailer

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I watched it last night. It would be much better with the volume on mute. It reminded me of a rc video and the guys won't shut up in the back ground. I just wanted to watch and hear the planes flying. Not interested in the Drama and BS.
