Did I miss something here or did Mr. Brum say the mighty 116 could make flying a brick fun??

LOL!! Nope... I said if one was used to flying a plane that had an MVVS116 in it (ie: a heavy plane), one would be better off putting a DA150, 170, ZDZ160, 180 in it... similar weight to a 116 and orders of magnitude more power.

But I'd much prefer giving up a bit of prop diameter and using a 2-3lb lighter motor and having a lighter flying airplane that had as good or better power:weight.

But again... just my personal preference.

Bradley, you are defiantly climbing on the list of friends. I hate to list all the circle flyers that I like because some one might be mildly hurt at their position on that list. But, I do have Hanes penciled in on the bottom.

John, I like you too.

I caught myself, just in time. Good thing I owe young Michael a muffler for his DLE20.

Jeff sure has a nice family. Real glad to have him in our group the Trout Farm Fliers.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Boy are we going to have a hoot when Mr. Jack get's home tonight.

I have a hard time imagining what Hanes will ":fill-in-the-blanks" with, if he can't see what I may say in his defence.
But until then Bradley keep up the good work.
Speaking of which, I need to go back.
