Trevor over on Circus one of the guys changed out his 200L for a 222V3. The 222 was 9 oz heavier when he scaled it. Because it was longer by a bit he was able to dump his SWB mount saving 2 oz so over all he only gained 7 oz. After flying it for some time with the 30x13 EvoL he moved up to a 32x12 which it rips the hell out of. His plane is 45 ob and it will do 6 or 7 upline snaps non stop with ease. Reports are the stock exhaust really restricts it and on a set of KS 95's it really came to life.

Trevor, I got more testing on it's way!

Dale, what are we selling? What are we storing? What's on order?...don't be so tight lipped!
If you did bite the bullet on one I don't think it is all that bad a move. They are sounding like they are doing very well. Sounds like the problems of the past are just that. At least for now.
I do think in it's current version as a 222 will be a run that will end and change to a 240 in the coming year.

I have a bunch of pictures of the 222 V3 taken apart if you want to see them.

If you make the ignore list, I'll buy you lunch, ha-ha!

Oh puhlease, It's because of him that the ignore feature was designed in the first place.

It may take a bit before we get replies. It is after 12:30 here so I think they may be down for their naps.

No Ct 222 in Beaverlodge Doug...I'll leave them at home to the Eastern Mafia!

Perhaps the 240 will be bearing solid!

Wow Doug!! That's great and I believe it! Brad's V2 222 would rip the snot out of those big Falcon 32x11W and 32x12's!! We always said it would give the Mintor220 a run! It also yanked around his big 50% ulti nearly as well as the piped 180 with a 6.5lb weight penalty (more motor weight and battery weight for CG)

I'm very intrigued in the V3!!
