Might be a good time to say:
If I didn't have two 58's, and two 80 twins here looking for a ride. I'd buy a GP 61.

It was the second flight of the day. Flew awesome. Then on the second flight, Trev and I both were flying it. Was coming down in a harrier when the engine quit. Dropped from about 20 ft flat onto the landing gear. Broke both legs off.
With both of us flying it, and we had actually flown quite a while. I thought it probably ran out of fuel. When I pulled the hatch........ still had 2/3 of a tank left. Was definitely to lean for the outside temperature.

Lorne ....... I need an Edge landing gear
Well that's great news Brad!

However, the crucifixion will continue!

Seems there's a lot of Hype about the GP line of engines lately Dale, sort through it wisely before your purchase!

Just warming up. Hell I can even line the Doc for a quick one!

Not done wearing out those MVVS/Evolution 58's, or the ZDZ 80 twins!

I love my GP. Although I have never flown or mounted it on an airplane, it is the most rock-steady, reliable engine I own.
