No big truck here. Just a toy hauler with room for one dear navigator. And a security guard (Beagle).

And Arlene pays for the fuel, can't beat that!

Man, I'm getting excited about the spring just around the corner.

Manny - what a whicked video

Dale - love the leash picture

Jack - my sincerest thanks for keeping the crude oil flowing and thanks to Brodie for getting back to work to help drain those WONDERFUL oil reserves

Lorne - offering to send us free Corvus racers won't help you get a black flag and join the Mafia (just kidding Dale - he didn't really do that )

Hey Trevor when is it you are coming to Edmonton?
I really look forward to it my friend. We had a good, quick visit last year.

Coming for a few days this time! I get in late on Sun Jan 19th and leave mid afternoon on Thurs Jan 23rd.

I'm really looking forward to it also. Some banter will be in order for sure.

Is the Western Cartel excepting 5-day memberships?? If you are, I promise I'll change my avatar to match the Cartel while I'm out there

Nice to see a ten year old start in our hobby. Yes he already has a NIB kit awaiting room on his building board

Some how, I got to give a real quick, how-to on covering with tissue paper. Just like I did some yesterday. I loved it.

-Dale-
Thanks for the help.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Jeff, promoting the hobby to the real youth is very rewarding. Really nice when such old school building techniques are employed. Not to build a better what-ever. But to catch his interest in alternate building techniques.

Does he like that old Dinosaur glue? Ha-ha. or did it all fall to pieces?

He said we will have to use it on the next build. But the tissue paper didnt sit well. Key ingredient of patience was lacking. Off to Hobby Wholesale in the morning for some lightweight covering. The engine will be cross sectioned tomorrow too.
