So I stumble across this offering by HobbyKing. Of note is the composite fuse, might this be the wave of the latest/greatest?

It is just stupid that most of the china made engines are trying to jump to the 120cc class. I would think they would get more customers with a quality product that was reasonably priced. I have had a few DLE engines and they have been as reliable. The price was right and they lasted as long as the planes they where mounted on.

Yes it is the DLE business model from what I can tell. Keep changing the engine and phase out the old ones so you cannot buy parts anymore. So then customer needs to buy engine again...
