Did you check the reeds. How well is it seating. ? If you tried everything u said, then there isn't much left. If the reed doesn't seat it will cause a host of problems. Including reduced static compression feel and poor carb signal

I used the air compressor to dislodge any plugged lines. Cleaned the ceiling with fuel actually I suppose I could have emptied the tank first
