Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

So Lorne, why not a set of Smooth Pipes here in the west for Master Dale Hunter to test with?????

Then on to wingburner!

Hard on sales with just "hearsay".

Jack, you know Trevor sells more engines/accessories for Pro R/C than both of us combined!

-Dale-

Besides they would be all lumped up after you were done with them ! !

Not as advertised taped to the side.
( had to Jeff. You got a laugh on yet?)

There will be some sets out west soon enough. Actually I am paying for the ones going to trevor and if he doesn't keep them they will come out west for further testing and then onto my slick

Pond, did someone say pond?

Giant Stick full power dive straight down after a mid air that chopped off the tail and must have unplugged something. Zero control going in.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

We should do a day of "Look what happened to me".

As it's damn cold in the west. Centered around Camrose, from my point of view. Yuk.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I just got back from a winter fun fly at the Humber Valley Field. We had a pretty good turnout, more social than active flying but there were a few planes flown.

I flew one flight with my E-Flite DHC-2 Beaver on floats. It took off and landed well on the crusty snow on the field, ground steering poor though.

Should have got a photo, sorry.

Doug, I was witness to one that looked very similar to that this past summer. No paddling involved though!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

With all this talk about Canadian engines I am motivated. Looking for investors into a new business adventure. A proven proposal. We will buy some Chint engines and reverse engineer it. Replacing the poor casting with the latest advance methods, Use the best quality bearings (Hand Picked), Design and build our own rotating assembly and produce a quality product that we will be proud of. (Not changing company names if a problem arises).

I have looked around and figured out the labour issues for our new Business adventure. We can call it "Bring your kids to work" or child care. If this doesn't work, we can follow the lead of other Great Canadian businesses. (Tim Hortons has a sound thing going with the foreign workers. Hell the government approves it.) We can use my garage as mini factory and open the man door for HVAC control.

Who is interested ? We would have to work out some minor details. Of course this will be sealed with a mans handshake.

Don't take this serious.
