Now! At the same company we used to pack butter into 56 lb boxes and send it down to Quebec to be printed into 1 lb'ers and sent back. Do you really think the same butter came back?

Equate that to what happens in engine manufacturing in the real world!!

See Dale - we have trouble makers out west too!!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Well three more have shown up. But the ellusive one is still stuck on Crying Giants.

"Old Houswives"

Hell should we change the flavor of the day?
That was my intent. As it could help keep the de-railment of genuine threads down to a dull roar.

Our cabin fever hang-out.

So, any of you girls still running greater than 40:1 ratio's (oil for the outsiders following). And/or still in love with Dinosaur oil?

Here is my take, I dilligently break-in my new engines on dino oil. And have worked my way to synthetic. Although that may change. To a continued diet of dino oil.

-Dale-

Manny, have one and a half for me. I wont take responsibility for anything after that!

ROTFL!!

Has been tough to get the Mafia revved lately

Perhaps still bandaging wounds?? Although they do seem to have a few little blurps on the Giants site.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Trevor, has been our Canadian Ambassador on Giant's. Go Trev, Go !

And Brad is only good for facts, so polite.

I go to sleep at night, with a smile on my face. As I fully expect my very early GP176 to have not only DA rods, but it should have a DA170 crank. Why re-invent what works. Hell it could be better, you never know in time.

-Dale-
P.S. I still have many flavours of imported engines.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Before you put those engines back together maybe dust the parts for finger prints to see how many were put together by the same 10 yr old Asian kid! What with all the out sourcing nowadays it might shock you!
