Jimmy, my friend. How do you ever find time to fly? With all these volunteer hours (?).

-Dale-

(note-to-self, ask Jimmy about a spinner)
Dale,

OH, believe me I am JUDGED everyday by the rest of the E.M.

F - L - Y - I - N - G !

I think I remember what that is!

I've been doing this RC Thing since I was 13. I also flew CL from about 9 to age 15.

It's ALL about Quality Flying VS Quantitiy Flying!

I'm VERY EFFICIENT when it comes to flying or anything involving IMAC/SA. I DON'T have time to be a HUCKER like the rest of the E.M. I find HUCKING a VERY INEFFICIENT use of my limited Flying Time!

Jeeeem

(note to self... ask Dale , what about a spinner?)

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

That's a very respectable weight. My old one was 21.4 and still floated (cub like ) and kept up 3d'n with those young/other fellas.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Hope everybody is out flying. Or, enjoying the break in the weather!
-31 two days ago, +10 now here in Camrose, Alberta.
Got out in the garage. Set-up, started my ZDZ 160 RV-J finally. Excited, smooth. Just bonding a bit with it.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Having a whiskey break.

I think I am starting to forget how to fly, may have to load up Realflight on my new laptop and get rid of some cobwebs before we get to fly up here. Been a long building season. Running out of room to put planes if I can't go out and crash them.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Dale... -2 here and a big group of the E.M. made it out today!!

I dusted the cobwebs off the 107" Pilot Yak55M and GP123. What a sweet combo .

For kicks we weighed it with a digital fish scale - 31.65lbs without fuel And best of all - the GP123 / ES pipes flies it like a giant foamy. Crazy acceleration from a hover And it'll rip the F29x9 on the ground with ease.
