I been watching them closely at our club for the last year. All of them, all the competitive guys, are flying MKS!!! If the MKS777 is anything like the quality of their Heli servos, they are going to prove out just fine!

We had a good talk with Joe Smith about them in Toledo. He has been flying them for awhile now. He likes them.
I definitely appreciate your input John, I do wish they built a higher oz/in servo with there Ti gears. Best one I see is 200+oz. Perhaps coming soon.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

These are the MKS747's I'm using in my jet elevators - phenomenal little units. Really light for 208oz-in!!!

I'll be putting some of these in my next 50cc plane!!!!

They are heli centric now. Jet and sailplane guys seem to be using some of the smaller ones. But i think they are going to move on the plane market hard and we will see a wider range of HD servos for us soon.

Too funny Pretty bad when a full quart of paint from my workshop strapped to the nose isn't enough for an initial balance check!!! I'm still fuming here, LOL. That's called a design error

Good thing I didn't have a Ct Crusher or a low-hanging deck
