DX3R Pro Question ABS & Traction Control

Hello, would appreciate any help.
Bought a new DX3R Pro. Racing this year on a very low traction floor (Varnished wood), 1/10 touring car, must use yellow pin SCHU624 rubber tires. Because our practice floor where we set up is the same style, I know it will be slick as snot. I want to be able to control my braking and slippage with throttle. I am an aggressive style driver. Full throttle as long as I can into the corner with last minute braking, so I want to run ABS, but need it set up to an extremely fast pulse rate. Same goes with throttle, I don't want to loose intial punch because the traction control slows it down to much. The manual gives you initial settings, but now sure how changing the values work. It doesn't really explain that. I was using a DX3S last year which did not have the ABS or Traction Control option.
Should I leave them both off and run as I do, or have any of you used it and found value in it. I also heard the abs and traction control is hard on the esc. I am using a MMP on my brushless, and a Tekin RS on my brushed car. Both pinion and spur set up for higher torque versus speed, as the course is technical, with only one long straightaway.
Any opinions, advice, help would be totally appreciated based on past use, and understand opinions vary.
Cheers and thanks
