Looks good Rob ! They are a fun plane to fly, had a blast with mine until the trees ate it. Good luck with yours.

Re: Super Chip Fefurb

I have been busy and neglected this little beauty - for far too long...

However; today was the day!

I took the S Chip to the local field and fired her up!

The little lady just lifted off at half power and was a real joy to behold!

I did have a WAY TO MUCH throw in the ailerons... but that was quickly corrected by the second flight. I had to do the usual amount of trimming - but nothing too severe.

By the time that the second flight was in progress all of the bugs were worked out and I was JUST HAVING FUN!

My third and forth flight were also PURE JOY! I had forgotten just how much fun a Super Chip can be ...

So now I have completed another great plane and added it to my flightline. It has been a great day.
Life is either a daring adventure...
...or nothing.

Re: Super Chip Fefurb

Good for you and glad the flights went well and you enjoyed yourself. I am resurrecting my Super Chipmunk too but have not gotten around to flying it yet after 3 years hanging on the ceiling. It's a CMPro Super Chipmunk 120 with a ST G90.... From what I can remember it was a blast to fly....can't wait now.
