The Evolution 20cc Gas is a great engine so far, I only have 3 flights on my Jug so far before the winter suspended my flying privilages. I have little knowlage of rcgf engines, but after completing my P-47, DLE came out with a new 20cc rear exhaust along with Lipo compatible ignition. I would have gone with this new 20, due to the fact that other members at my club have had great results with DLE.

Re: Warbird picture thread

I too have a TF ARF, finished last winter and flown last season, but mine's an electric conversion. The flight times you guys with gassers can have are something I envy- 5:30 min. is about it with the 5000 mah batterys onboard (in series for 6 cells), but performance is good, and it is a nice flying airplane.

Envy that aluminum / silver finish, how did you do that?

Here's my Dad Norm's 1/6 scale Mosquito- long time labour of love. He drew the plans, and scratchbuilt the whole thing. Twin G26's.
Handful on the ground, but a treat to fly. And the sound!

Re: Warbird picture thread

Pass on to Norm that his bird is outstanding.

I love invasion stripes and the Mossie is by far the prettiest twin war machine to grace the sky. IMO

Magnificent! That's what warbirding is all about, sharing warbirds and history with your flying buddies and others!
