Warning to Canadian Buyers

A warning to all Canadian buyers. Do not purchase any DJI products from "Flying Cameras". http://www.flyingcameras.ca/
I have had nothing but trouble from this supplier, they are constantly sending the wrong product when you order online. They are rude when you call for help and will not correct their mistakes. I recommend the competition. It is a shame to represent DJI in this way, the phantom line of products is amazing, I just wish I could say the same for this reseller.

Re: Warning to Canadian Buyers

Sounds bad. How many orders did you place with them?

What did you order and what did you get?

Just curious.

Re: Warning to Canadian Buyers

Too bad I just found this forum, you are so right. I got a defective Phantom 2 ,I bought it from Henrys Toronto about a month ago. They just give me the phone number of Flying Cameras, then I call Flying Cameras, and the lady said I need to talk to Henrys for warranty. Finally Henrys said they can ship the phantom2 back to Vancouver for service, but I need to pay $75.
i actually sent an email with a video of how i calibrate the controller, and how it did not respond, it's clearly a defective controller. and Candice at Flying camera respond was: You can send it in for us to have a look and let's just not hope that there is nothing wrong with it"
I have never have such rude respond from a service representative. They act as if just don't care about their product once it's sold. Not even say sorry about a very frustrating customer who got a defective product and give no help at all.
