Thanks guys! The masks are cut from vinyl by Vikie at getstencils.com. She is great to work with as she emails dimensioned proofs and is very patient going back and forth until you get exactly what you want before they are cut. All the masks for the bandit with priority post was less than $60.
I'd actually like to get my own cutter and do my own one day. I've had masks by Ralle at tailormade too and he uses a transparent film and they are really nice when you have to be accurate in their placement (ie. for multi color masks requiring you to put a mask over a mask).
