Not happy with Aerofly

After having trouble loading Aerofly on my Mac Pro it successfully loaded to my my MacbookPro. I'm willing to give Aerofly the benefit of doubt although it's the first time anything has refused to load on that machine.
Now it's installed it will not react to the mouse nor will it recognize my Spektrum DX5e. After consulting Google I find it full of Aerofly complaints. During my search I discover I need yet another adaptor (31036) because Aerofly is not set up for the Spektrum mono connectors.
Great but who has these in stock or do I have to wait while they come from China via Germany. For the money and customer satisfaction you'd think they would include all adaptors required, I certainly would have paid an additional $10 to avoid this frustration.
Hopefully I can find a solution to the mouse problem also.
Would I buy Ikarus Errorfly again? Positively NO.

Rant over and yes I should have done the Google search before I purchased.

Re: Not happy with Aerofly

I agree that Ikarus' web site is confusing. I emailed them and managed to get Aerofly 7 working on my Mac with the recommended RCWare RX2SIM Wireless Multi-Sim Adaptor from Works wirelessly, requires your own receiver. Nice

More on the subject: I find that Ikarus is not very clear about what is available in the different versions of A-7. Many menu options are grayed-out in my (basic) version, if is more than about a choice of models and sceneries. No mention of any of that on their web site or in the manual.

More concerning: flight dynamics are a bit unrealistic as far as stalling goes. To fix that you need the $$$ version that lets you tweak models and move the CG back...
