Newbie needs a bit of help (GTA)

I've been into RC for decades and now I'm trying my hand at multicopters.
I built a 650 hex with a KK2.1 board and could use a bit of advice on how to set it up.
I've only flown it once for about 20 seconds before I broke a motor mount
Are there any clubs north of the GTA (I'm in Bolton) where I could meet with like-minded individuals and get a bit of help setting it up? I'm here to learn and every little bit helps.
Thanks in advance

If you are in the mood to drive to Aurora, come over to my place and we can set it all up and get it trimmed out in my backyard.
