mCPX BL tail motor issue

Hi, I have a mCPX BL version with a tail motor issue.
I have red that it is common issue with main board. I test voltage out from the 3 pins for motor wire on the main board and nothing comes out. I sent for repair and got it back saying all is fine. I test with another tail wire but don't have another motor. My question is, if it is working, when pushing throttle up I should have voltage out from one of the 3 pins on the board no?
