Exactly, I was hoping to double the current available but one (or the other) power supply would shut down long before reaching that point to due to excessive current draw.

I was wondering if that would promote a problem.

I know when I build a parallel set up from 2 server power supplies I need to make a further modifications to each supply so that both share the current evenly between the 2 of them.
