RC drifters/racers/flyers in Nova Scotia/ST. FX University area

I'm moving to Nova Scotia in the next few months, very near St. FX University.
I am thinking of making an indoor drift/racing track for 1/10 cars, which will also be used for flying small helicopters/quads/park flyers. Going to use the back straightaway of the track as a runway for planes. I may also have room for a small outdoor dirt oval and some rock crawling/trail running as I'm going to put this on some property I have there which is currently overgrown with forest and I'm not going to clear it all, just leave some for trail riders/rock crawlers.
Probably going to put up a steel building, about 35x40 ft to do this and I'm wondering if there is enough interest and possible racers in the Antigonish, New Glasgow and surrounding areas that it will be worth the time.
If you are interested and live in the area or go to school at St. FX and are interested in joining or participating in the building/operations of the track, please PM me and let me know.
