I just got this gimbal, I'm reading some people are running strait of the main battery 4s and some people using a separate 3s battery, what are your thoughts......it would be easy just to use a 12v bec but no one around here has them, I've checked GH, Hobby hobby, rotor quest. I'm running my 12v led's on 4s with no problems.

Re: tarot 2d gimbal

I use a small 3s pack but I accidentally connected it once to a 4s with no damage.

They are a great gimbal if you can get them tuned properly. I love mine!!

Re: tarot 2d gimbal

i decided to go with a gens ace 3s 450mah, i can get about 25 min worth of flying, more than enough for me,i would rather get two pack than one big one to save on weight.

On a side note, the tarot gimbal works awsome straight out of the box, i have yet to hook it up to a computer and i don't think i will have to!
