Trevor,
I have 7 of the same hitec servos you posted the link to. I haven't water tested them yet. Installed but not dunked.... They are being used in the KMP beaver build.. 2 in the floats, ailerons and flaps.....

LOL! I bought a pair of them today from Hobby Hobby. They are currently sitting under 6" of water in the sink. Bit of a weird feeling plugging them into a $160 Rx with Lipo and putting the servos under water, LOL!!

Before sheeting the sides, I need to get the top deck in place. Because the deck also has the mounting points for the gear, this area needs to be reinforced.

The plans call for some 1" x 1" hard balsa sticks that tie in some of the formers with the I-Beams. A really nice design, easy to fab up and really strong

I also framed in a couple hatches. It's all glued in with Hypsol, LOL
