That may be true. But even if a complaint is frivolous in nature, you're still in trouble first.

If someone complains you are flying your drone on your property and they fear you're peeping into them (even when you're not as you can't see where the camera is pointing that far away), and they call the cops, you're still going to have to deal with the situation as the cops are now forced to investigate even a non-issue.

To be honest, it is always better to get out of the city to fly a multirotor. It is attracting too much attention these days and the general public is unfortunately not supporting us much as we have too much bad press...

It is unfortunate but we will have to bite the bullet for a while.
