Varing Voltage in Receiver Pack.

I went to use an old receiver pack complete with switch in an airplane. When I cycled it the mAh. varied so I built a new battery pack. The new pack acted the same, so I used my resistance meter and found my charging connection was wore out, so I removed the two wires and shrunk the connections and now the pack cycles properly, and is usable.(this is an old narrow band Airtronics). Yes I can afford anew radio but I chose to crash and burn wondering what happened to the system. Instead of knowing what happened to the system. So if you have any charging problems check your switch harness for problems.
