Posted this up on OffroadRC.net. Thought I would share here as well
I bought the Nitro Inferno ST Kyosho truggy from Derry @ Galaxy. Purchased 3 total, 2 for guys who worked for me. Made for some good park battles having people to RC with.
It was fun. I missed nitro since my RC Nitro boat days. #5 Raceway was close by some we did manage to have some fun.
Of course, started adding parts... skid plates
New motor. Won't deny that during break in the cast block actually grenaded.
Spektrum was my brand back then. Infact, the 1 servo lasted until just recently when I offloaded it with a buggy.
Took a pic because I suppose I thought it was important at some point.
Crazy to think I thought Nitro was still cool. LOL
Some custom addons. LOL
So, all these new toys, time to go build a track and have some fun. Cottage time!
And we did a lot of this
WOAH, its running!
And its not
But like all good times, things took a turn for the worse
I had to repair my Truggy
New cool stuff install. Lotsa decals from the sites I once owned.
But, like Nitro RC boats, RC nitro offroad sucks (for me). I hated tuning and battery was easy. So, a little bit later down the road I bought some items from Infernos Only and did the mod with some friends.
Anyhow, this thing was a beast. 4 cell monster. Wish I kept it but like most of my RCs I sold it off.
It even ran, but didn't want to stay together with all that power
