Wash-in on H stab?

I know that wash-in can be a bad thing on a wing but does it matter if my hstab has it?

Would make no difference on the stab. It has to do with wing stall, which doesn't happen with the stab.
Tried for my kamikazi pilots licence. Flunked the test.

Yep bad. You are going to get all kinds of weird pitch trim changes as airflow increases or decreases.
