Looking for Republic Rc-3 Seabee plans - preferably the Jack Lynn Bale plans, Cleveland, or the 1/4 scale G&P plans, as they have the correct wing position. Scans or paper

Re: Seabee plans
Some chatter on rcgroups on subject of whatever happened to Bale's plans after he died say that Traplet's owner, Tony Stephenson, was a friend of Jack when Traplet was based in Sierra Madre.
I've seen a fair number of online references and videos of r/c Seabee but have not seen a video of an r/c Seabee flying..... the cg issue is a big problem and the "correct" wing position makes this obstacle bigger.
There is a fellow in the northeast US, who has posted on "AirBergsma"'s youtube video of his as yet non-flying 60" Seabee, who has the username of 'petejulie1000' with whomI've exchanged a few emails; he is readying this same sized Seabee for r/c flight; he also posted in Wattflyer in a thread title republic Seabee.
oops.. here's a link to a 2 minute video of Christer Bergstrom's quarter scale Seabee flying off water in 2006 in Sweden
