Thanks for the comments guys.

I'm sure anyone who travels the fun fly circuit through out the summer will see this plane around.

Alain, I used the pre-painted solar-tex covering in the silver and black. For the stars and star burst. I actually cut those out by hand, and positioned them on there. I used some cover grip to assure they would stay in place. Then once everything was covered I used an automotive clear coat and gave it 3 coats of the high gloss clear. As for the fiberglass parts. I used an automotive paint that matched the solartex quite well then used the same clear coat technique as I used on the covering.

Lots of work. But I feel it turned out well.
