Experience with the Century three blade head

I purchased a 3 bladed flybarless head from Century for my Schwiezer 300. I have two issues with this head. First the pitch arms on the blade grips are very short. Because of this you get huge pitch changes. When I installed it I was get over 12 degrees of cyclic and probably over 20 degrees of collective. I had to move the control rods in on the servo wheels very close to the servo output shaft AND reduce my ATVs to 60% to reduce collective to 11 degrees.
The other issue is that the dampers in each blade spindle rub against the blade grips. This makes the grips harder to twist as I would like.
I think both these issues contributing to the poor flight performance of the helicopter. I need a lot more pitch to hover the machine as I would have expected. I need probably 15 degree just to make it hover. I think it is due to the fact that the short links accentuate any play in the control system. Also that fact that the blades are stiff to move also prevents them from reaching their proper position.
I am interested to hear from anyone who has used this head in the past and share their experience.
