On board video anyone?

Has anyone tried those small "cheap" digital AV cameras from www.aiptek.com ? The pocket DV model sells for $65 US and has about 3 minutes of video and audio. I'm sure the quality can't be too great for the price but for putting into an R/C plane I would have thought it would be entertaining.

I tried one of those remote X-10 cameras in a Eagle. I got it at one of the pc discount places. It is $69 US on the web but I ended up paying $99 Cdn at the local discount place. Includes a transmitter and receiver so the receiver gets plugged into a cam corder on the ground, no limit on time other than batteries.

First video test was unnerving to watch. I had put the camera forward. Man that grass comes up fast on a big screen tv . I had someone beside me "aiming" the receiver at the plane, we had about 200 ft of range. I only tried one of the 4 channels and we had some phone tower interference. I will be trying again soon but quality (sound and color video) wasn't bad at all. It was cool watching the prop spin.

Hey for $99, I got my money's worth. It's loads of fun
