Very Good idea.

The guys in florida where I fly have come up with a very neat stand that breaks down and folds up nicely. The base is one of those floding plastic sawhorses. The wings are 3/4" x whatever width is needed (made mine 6") and length slightly longer than wheel base of largest A/C. The tail section extends back out from the sawhorse by what ever length is needed and is made from 3/4" x 4". I put nuts in the top piece and have holes to match the spaceing of holes the in the wing and tail boards so that all I have to do is put a bolt through the boards into the nuts and it is assembled . I know that this sound complicated but it is very simple. If you look down fron the top it is T shaped.. I built one that will hols all my A/C including my 1/3 scale cub. The added advantage is that there is a nice little shelf tucked underneath it to put a flight box on . If anyone is interested I will email some pix to you
It sure has save me a lot of strain on my poor back

Any chance these pics can be reposted? I'm doing some research for a buddy and I remembered reading this so went looking.
