Rewind only salvaged cd-rom motors for indoor- and parkflyers, a lighter and more powerful speed 280/300 replacement. The origanl bell is used, there's no need for new magnets. These motors are not the same as the diy lrk motors(12teeth, 6 coils, 14magnets) in the other thread, the cd-rom (9teeth, 9 coils, 12magnets) winding diagram is different.
More cd-rom technical information and links here:
A very good building manual in German, for translation use http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en translate:
And there's of course the lrk/cd-rom outrunner discussion, moderated by yours truly Have a look at the 'photos' section under 'Toni Hjelmann' and 'Max Ferra':
You'll find a Frequently Asked Questions document on that site. I'm working on a newer version with more tricks and cd-rom links, just send me a message if you would like to receive a copy.
