Interesting John, I don't follow the apple forums unless I have an issue. Like you, I gave up on the VM/ Parallels software as I got tired of having to pay to update and it was slowing my machines down too much.

As such, I've been using Bootcamp and would hate to see that go, would be silly on Apple's part too as it would force many of us back to a PC.

Re: RC Flight Sim for iMac?

As long as Apple state they will support MS10, for some reasonable period, I will likely redo my MAC drive with bootcamp. Worst case, if they drop it, I can move apps and programs back over. The obvious issue for Apple is their revenue stream. Watches and IPADS do not need bootcamp development and support expenses. When I purchased MSW 8.1, I made the mistake of getting the 32 bit version - dumb mistake - not supported on bootcamp. I am hoping the free update to MSW10 at the end of July might afford an opportunity to change to 64 bit.

Aerofly 7 was the only one I could find that worked on the Mac for download and it was very glitchy after many many hours of downloading finally got it running and it crashed (the app not me flying lol ) removed and reinstalled same thing . so I got a secondhand windows laptop and went with realflight 7 and I just keep the laptop for that. find it great
