Your Favorite F/S Aircraft?

What are some of your favourite full size aircraft? O.K. Ill start it off. My all time favourite aircraft are as follows:

WWI: Bristol Fighter
Golden Age: DH-82A Tiger Moth
Early Jet: Hawker Hunter
Civilian: Siai Marchetti SF260 (AKA Waco Meteor)
Modern Jet: F/A-18
Heavy Iron: DC-8
Spam Can: Beechcraft Duke/Cessna T303 Crusader (Sorry it's a tie)
Canadian Design: DHC-1 Chipmunk

Overall Winner: Siai Marchetti SF260. Now, if I could only come up with $300,000.00 US

These aircraft were chosen purely on their aesthetic appeal to my personal tastes. Feel free to disagree.

I have one airplane that I am allways going to love - the B25 Mitchell. I saw the real thing fly up close and personal about 12 years ago (it took off about 50 feet in front of my face, honest!) and I still can feel my chest rumbling and it allmost brought me to tears, honestly - I was so overwhelmed I had allmost started to cry.

Some day I will build a large scale model - may take me a while but I will do it!

I have seen all sorts of other planes at airshows and as much as the modern jets thrill me, and even the Lanc was excellent - having gotten to see the Mitch up close (crawled all over it), see and hear the engines start up right in front of me and watch it taxi and take off, fly around and then land was something I will allways remember...

1/2A to giant scale, IMAC, SAM, R/C sport, turbine jets, Heli's...
if its got a wing or two and an engine - I like it!

I'll have to go with the Corsair at the top of my list. I have the TF GE kit for my scale project....eventually.
I never crash...I land with style!
