Need help in identifying a quadra

I bought a used Quadra and have no idea what size, hp etc. it is?
There are no identifying marks other than a cast " 08 made in Canada" mark on the crankcase and a # 09071 on the finned flywheel. It has Points ignition. It does have a white plastic points cover. No reed induction.
Do you think it will power a 1/3 scale piper cub? 25 lb range?

How do I know what I've got?

Thanks

Sounds like a Q35. Can you post a picture?
