Unknown Pitts 33% S2-A Plan wanted

I posted this in another gent's thread as a suggestion. I am looking for the Pitts plan shown in the attached photos. It's nothing to do with Sheber, Dively, Airbourne plans which all originate with Andy Sheber's. This one is unique. I have had guys across the pond say that over there a plan in both French and English would never happen and that must be Canadian because it's bilingual. I wish. I got the few sheets off Ebay from England. Sold as complete of course. "It looks Like it is all the to Me" right. Anyway, I would be eternally grateful to anyone who knows it's origin. I have found a finished example on a Swiss site. Can't read or write it so what would I ask.

The one name I can associate with it is McCullough and the sheet plans have month and the years '78 and '79 on bottom right corner, like they came out monthly. Weird.

Thanks, Bill
